By using the SSCNET conversion unit DG2GWY13, the MR-H-B, MR-J2-B,MR-J2S-B or MR-J2M-B servo amplifiers in the same line can all be upgraded to the MR-J4-B. (Partial upgrade of the servo amplifiers in the same line is not possible.)
Since two SSCNET lines (up to 16 axes in total) for the same controller can be upgraded to one SSCNET III/H line (up to 16 axes in total), two SSCNET lines can be upgraded to SSCNET III/H with one SSCNET conversion unit.
The A/QN Motion controller and the servo amplifiers/servo motors can be upgraded separately, so the machine suspension time is shorter than when upgrading the control system and the drive system at the same time.
Existing design assets can be inherited using MELSOFT MT Works2.
