By using the SSCNET conversion unit DG2GWY31, the A/QN Motion controller can be upgraded to the Q ☐☐☐ DS Motion controller.
Since two SSCNET lines (up to 16 axes in total) can be upgraded to one SSCNET III/H line (up to 16 axes in total),two SSCNET lines can be upgraded to SSCNET III/H with one SSCNET conversion unit.
The A/QN Motion controller and the servo amplifiers/servo motors can be upgraded separately, so the machinesuspension time is shorter than when upgrading the control system and the drive system at the same time.
Existing design assets can be inherited using MELSOFT MT Works2.
